Notice is hereby given that under and pursuant to the California Civil Code section 1988(b); Section 6066 of the Government Code any other applicable CA Statutes, that the items of property listed below is believed to be abandoned by Gregory and Chatherine Albertini, and all other owners, occupants, partners, tenants and/or subtenants at address: 2519 Manchester Ave., Cardiff by the Sea, CA 92007. Items will be sold at a Public Auction by Anne Acebo-Houlihan to be offered in bulk and or bulk lots at a competitive bid sale through an Online Auction on May 8th, 2025, at 10am. Preview by photograph only at www.facauctions.com. All items have been moved to a local storage facility by a professional moving company. Winning bidder will be required to put up a $500.00 cleaning deposit on top of their invoice amount for access to the storage unit. Deposit will be refunded once all items are removed.
